Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
For Domestic Australia Post parcels sent from NSW to other Australian states, expect delivery in 2-6 business days with standard Parcel Post, or 1-3 business days with Express Post
For International Australia Post parcels delivery times vary depending on your location.

Refund Policy
Refunds or exchanges are not available for changes of mind or personal taste preferences.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and proof of payment, so we can investigate. Once your refund has been approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method.
